Ana Polanco is a top campaign strategist working with large and small organizations, businesses, committees and individuals to bring about social change. Ana has over fifteen years of experience working with labor unions and international organizations, community and youth groups, universities and individuals to reimagine ideas into action. She has been recognized by a number of organizations for her leadership on public policy issues and public service nationally and internationally.
Ana has led numerous committees and coalitions on public policy, education and advocacy campaigns. Before her private practice, Ana had the privilege of working with Amnesty International USA, UNITE HERE International Union and the AFL-CIO’s Labor Council for Latin American Advancement to elevate human rights and political campaigns. Ana has been recognized for her efforts to advance worker’s rights, advocate for gender and racial equality, expand support for immigration reform, and many other important social causes.
Ana is always thinking about how to achieve common goals by inspiring and aligning others. Ana supports individual leaders and teams in their pursuit of effective leadership inside and outside organizations. Through a combination of leadership, organizational development and management techniques, Ana helps teams develop a purpose driven approach to their work.
