Sana, Sana: Healing, Love and Liberation

En español

A graphic recording of the conversation, flowers, yellow brick paths with phrases like "we have the medicines we need"

A central feature of our convenings is what we call “juicy conversations,” which are opportunities to dive deeper into an important topic that brings together different threads of folks’ work and political perspectives. This image represents a conversation about healing justice and how to engage in liberatory practices to identify, be with, and explore the impact of systemic violence on our bodies. Movement Makers reflected on what role healing has in their political work, and what tools they are already employing as they practice wellness. Healers Juju Bae and gina Breedlove joined us for this conversation, and Heidi Maria Lopez facilitated.
