Faculty

Move to End Violence engages in training, practice, and exploration in 5 core areas to help strengthen the movement to end violence against girls and women: transformative leadership, organizational development, liberation from oppression, movement building and social change. Our faculty team is made up of an amazing group of folks with expertise in these areas, working together to build the capacity of our Movement Makers, their organizations, and the movement at large.

Heather Lewis-Charp is the Director of the Philanthropy, Equity, and Youth Division at Social Policy Research Associates, where she oversees much of the company’s research and evaluation work. Ms. Lewis-Charp has led numerous evaluations of community organizing, capacity building, leadership development, and systems-level change and served as a key analyst on the evaluation of Move to End Violence since its inception.
